Fallout 4 - Realistic Spectacle Island Settlement
Very detailed and realistic settlement build in Fallout 4 (v1.5 - Survival) - Spectacle Island. It took me about a week so far and It's still work in progress. Everything you see is fully detailed and built with a high dose of realism. P.S.: I haven't used size-glitch, so the settlement is built on original size limit.
