Profoto Air Remote TTL-C for Canon strobes not firing, faulty connection
If you experience problem firing your Profoto strobes with Profoto Air Remote TTL-C for Canon, this could be the reason. In my case the lock mechanism is faulty, it does not push the metal contacts to the socket and thus the camera is not detecting the remote control. Everything else worked fine.
Currently it is in service under warranty. I will let you know the result.
