I ended up testing my previous 100mbps to my now 400mbps.
initial test were
1GB and 10GB files both downloaded over 2.4ghz wifi and then directly with the LAN cable.
test was repeated on the 400mbps internet
2.4ghz wifi and then directly on the LAN cable.
