This technique allows you to add layers and layers of color and fringe, creating endless possibilities and variations! You could even use all the same color for a half circle design with the fullest fringe ever.

This pattern will work with most cord types and sizes, but for this tutorial I'm using 5mm single twist string in 5 colors from my cord supply shop: rust, copper, mustard, sage, and peacock blue. Find these colors and more here:

Dowel: 6"
Color 1 (rust): 60" total
Color 2 (copper): 90" total
Color 3 (mustard): 135" total
