In this video, we will discuss how to change your repricing time.
From your Sku Grid General Settings, you have ability to determine how often Sku Grid is able to reprice or make changes to the price and/or stock of your items.
This option is labled Run Checker Every.
Use the drop down menu to select how often you would like for skugrid to be able to reprice or change your items and save settings.
Please keep in mind that the longer the checker time, the more risk that poses to you and your account. Sku Grid is performing supplier checks approximately every 30 minutes. However, even if it notices a change, it would not be made until it is time for your item to be repriced based upon this setting.
For example, some people want to be conservative on credits and have their items checked every 12 hrs. If the last time the item was repriced was 12pm, and the supplier price or stock changed at 12:05pm, although you would get an email notification about the supplier change, skugrid would not be making the adjustment until approximately 12am the next day due to this setting.
Therefore, if you have a long repricing checker time, you assume more risk. It is less risky to have a lower repricing time, although some risk is always present even with every 1 hr repricing.
