Natalie's Everyday Heroes: Airport Volunteers
Mitchell International has a dedicated group of 47 volunteers who staff its information desk. They answer questions about gates, luggage, restrooms... and much more. Recently two volunteers helped a family from Venezuela that accidentally landed in Milwaukee.
