The Boys in the Boat is a popular book and soon to be big-budget movie. It's based on the true story of the Washington State rowing team that won gold at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin under the Nazi regime. The story has a Milwaukee connection. Main character, Joe Rantz, has a daughter and grandchildren in Greendale, who can't wait for his amazing story to hit the big screen.
