Graeme travels all over the South of England, from the Chilterns, to the Hampshire Downs and West to Wessex searching out some different topics from the way we all lived years ago. He covers a film trip he took with Mike from TA Outdoors down to see some reconstructions of early ancient houses, many built from wood and thatch, held together with twine and wooden pegs just as they would have been years ago. He looks at some WW2 era buildings and how people lived during that period of conflict. Is anyone out there old enough to remember some of the items on display (Graeme is l!). Then its into the TA Fishing room for a chat about the rod he broke, his latest ground bait, amber tint glasses, and the firmest luncheon meat for bait…Plenty going on in this film so enjoy!
