Introducing SQL Firewall – a New Security Capability in Oracle Database 23ai
SQL Firewall is built into the Oracle Database 23ai kernel. SQL Firewall inspects incoming database connections and SQL statements, and can log or block SQL statements and connections that do not fall within the SQL Firewall policy. It ensures that only explicitly authorized SQL is executed, and offers best-in-class protection against risks such as SQL injection attacks and compromised accounts.
