This is future pp system, edited to be without CL mod
List of reworks:
1) No Combo Scaling (make non-FC scores worth pp)
2) Statistical Accuracy (accuracy pp is rewarded based on UR, not just accuracy number scaled by OD)
3) Lazer pp support (adjusts accuracy system to reward slideracc and other tweaks)
