Transformers in Weather, or How to Start Predicting Millimeters of Precipitation / Petr Vytovtov

Petr explained how Yandex Weather forecasts precipitation down to the millimeter anywhere on the globe. He also demonstrated how precipitation intensity is measured using a bucket and a satellite.
