Unrestricted magic rope anywhere
Since the item isn't in your inventory, the game doesn't disable it. This works for all items as long as they are active when you set them to your quick use before removing them from your inventory. Pausing will remove the rope from the quick use menu. Performing certain actions (such as rolling) with the quick use menu up will cause the rope to be unusable.
