It's a known fact that the speed of light is exactly 299,792,458 m/s. But is there any explanation for this? Perhaps we can somehow influence light, or at least explain why it's so fast?
Moreover, if we ask about the meaning of all fundamental constants, we'll come to very unexpected conclusions about the origin and structure of the Universe! Some of them even go beyond the scope of physics!
