This video will show you how to check for chain wear or chain stretch on a bicycle chain. As the chain wears the chain grows/stretch's in length as the chain bushings wear out. A worn chain can lead to poor shifting or the chain snapping under load. This video will show you if a bike chain needs replacing. The tool used is a park tool CC-3 chain wear checker to measure the chain for wear or stretch
