Hi Friends,
Thank you for tuning in to my May 2025 meal planning. I am planning a full month's worth of meals around what is in the freezer and pantry and trying to spend as little as possible at the grocery store. My son and daughter are both back from college this month, so I'm definitely preparing for a higher food budget. I'd love to see if I can keep the monthly budget under $500, but I'm prepared to go over! I despise wasting food. I aim for zero food waste, so my planning takes into account using fresh produce before it goes bad.
