FRAMEFOLEY turns an 8–15 second silent gameplay clip into a compact,
provenance-backed sound kit: mark 1–3 moments, compare two bounded candidates,
approve by ear, render at exact timestamps, and export the mix with hashes,
QC, manifests, and human-readable provenance.
