Scourge League starter guide: SSF BoneShatter Jugg (still working 3.18)
First time making a video guide for a build, if you have any questions please feel free to ask and I will answer as soon as I am able!
The Strength stacking might be a bit different assuming we lost some of the key uniques but I honestly never bothered changing to it last league in Scourge because it was strong enough as is! This still works for 3.17 and I was very close to starting it myself but wanted to try something new!
