okay so for those of you who are confused, basically the start is a flashback of how callie & brad met. then it switches to the present when police arrive at luke's house and arrests him. later in the hospital, callie finds out that in order for brad to survive, he needs a new heart, so she gives hers to him. however, when brad wakes up, he is accompained by his mother, who decides to give her heart to callie for them to start a family & live in happiness. :')
