How To Remit Payments at WCA Travel & Tours | WCA Tutorial Series #1

It's actually easy & fast! First, ask your client to pay the plane ticket/package tour/insurance/visa assistance, etc. to your designated bank account. No payment, no booking!

Once the payment is confirmed in your bank account (mine is Bank of the Philippine Islands | BPI in Makati), log in to your WCA portal. In the upper left corner of your WCA portal, click Top Up. Input the amount you will pay; there is a Php 30 convenience fee plus Php 12 for a service charge from BPI to DragonPay Corporation if you use online banking. You can opt to remit all the money sent to your personal bank account by your client or just the WCA services like plane ticket plus convenience and service charge. In my case, I just remitted Php 20,000 out of the remitted Php 22,000+ by my client; Php 2,000+ was left in my BPI account which is the manual service (my extra income!). Remitting money from your bank account to DragonPay Corporation is very easy as you can watch on the video.

After clicking the source (mine is BPI Online) to remit money to DragonPay, you wait for about 1 minute and notice the amount added to your Top Up (your WCA E-Wallet/Business Account). You can start paying for the WCA services once you have enough money in your Top Up. In my video, I paid for the roundtrip plane ticket of my client (Hong Kong to Japan & return flight).
