Your mindset is incredibly valuable, as it generally determines how you look at the game and where you are focused. The wrong type of mindset can lead to tilting, and slowed progress. The mindset in this video focuses on the idea of providing value to your team without actually getting any frags. This value can come from a number of sources, mainly teamwork and utility usage. This is a pretty stark contrast to a negative mindset that I find players have, in which they only care about the K column, and nothing else. Scoreboard obsessed. Give this video a listen, I think this type of mindset can help anyone become a better player.
