Super Girl Surf Pro 2021 -
An all female surf competition created to empower women. I couldn't think of a better place to debut our women's self defense class and share valuable knowledge with hundreds of women.
Todd & I put in so much time and dedication into this event, I was riddled with anxiety on Saturday hoping that it wouldn't fail. And ya know what, the Lord blessed me with a day packed full of strong, confident women ready to take on the world.
Remember - it's not always like the movies. If you are always cautious of your surroundings, take caution in the stops you make, and know these moves, an attacker is going to pass on you. Be a lioness, be a mama bear, be the one who doesn't stop until they're safe.
