Curtis 50 Cent Jackson reacts to Ozempic rumors after drastic weight loss. To date the superstar rapper/media mogul has lost nearly 50 pounds, but despite all of the online speculation, he says weight loss drugs had absolutely nothing to do with his drastic change.

The rapper reacted to rumors that he lost weight with the help of Ozempic in an Instagram video posted, Wednesday, stating:

“You wanna talk about weight loss? I was in the gym, I was working the f–k out, man... And they say it’s Ozempic? I was running, I was running, I was doing what I had to do. You seen me on tour.”

Fiddy went on to reveal that he was 253 pounds and is now down to 210.
