Kandi's Blaze Steak & Seafood restaurant is under scrutiny again as customers complain that it is rarely open for business. One alleged customer even stated that they made a reservation for 20 people and paid a deposit, and the doors where shut on the date of their event! Kandi has not confirmed or denied the rumors.
