How to install and use the most user-friendly StableDiffusion WebUI AUTOMATIC1111 (local version)...
🐸This video explains how to install and use the image generation AI "Stable Diffusion webUI AUTOMATIC1111" (local version). (As long as your system meets the required specifications,) I intended this video to be practical enough to cover everything from installation to startup and generation. It is based on installation methods current as of February 2011.
🐸This video was created for technical research purposes. It also provides an example of how to use the software and does not endorse its use.
🐸Please note that this video focuses on the "local version 1111," not the so-called "Colab version," "one-touch version," or "NMKD version."
*Because webUI AUTOMATIC1111 is updated frequently, it may clone an unstable version depending on the time of installation.
If the required specifications are within the allowed range but you're still having trouble, try cloning after a while.

① Install Python 3.10.6
Be sure to check "Add Python to PATH." The video uses the image of a postal mail package with no text, but for more information, search for "add to path."

※ Be sure to select the 64-bit version. The 32-bit version will not work.
※ Note: The default installation location for Python (Install Now button) will be in your user folder, but be careful not to include double-byte characters or half-width spaces in the root path.
② Install git

③ Create a folder in the desired location, open cmd in that folder, and copy and paste 1111's git clone to .git to duplicate the files.

Note: Do not use double-byte characters (Japanese) or half-width spaces in the name of your installation folder.

Even if A1111 passes, you may encounter problems with future extensions or LoRA training. Too many people have experienced errors caused by half-width spaces in my other videos. Half-width spaces cause all kinds of errors. Never use half-width spaces in folder names.
④ Obtaining and Installing the Model
I'm using AnythingV4 as an example, but any model is fine.
Note: As of May 2011, if you haven't installed a model, StabilityAI's official SD card will be automatically downloaded, so you can skip preparing the model if you're just checking the operation.
⑤ First Startup and Operation Check
If you encounter any issues here, it may be because you didn't follow the installation instructions, your computer's performance doesn't meet the requirements, the git clone failed, or you successfully cloned an unstable version (perhaps due to the author updating it little by little, causing conflicts). If you followed the instructions and requirements, try creating the installation folder and git cloning again.

*There are two models: an "SD1.5-compliant model" and an "SD2.x-compliant model."
The SD1.5-compliant model is currently the mainstream due to its high degree of flexibility.
