My first time attempting to clear an Infernal since Valter is a pretty cool unit. Figured I'd post my personal strategy on it. Details and explanations can be found below.

UNITS
Cordelia: Used to kill a lot of the non-flying units and also Reposition people around. Drag Back is essential to this set (though Hit and Run probably works too) as it saves her from some threats and gets her places she needs to be quicker. Every other skill you see on her is pretty much required too except for potentially Threaten Spd, but it does help her quad the lance cavalier at the beggining. Mine is +Atk, but as long as she doesn't have a bane in her offensive stats she should be fine.
Setsuna: The second of the two stars of the show, used to decimate all the flying units that pop up. Every skill on her is essential except for Reciprocal Aid and Desperation. Obviously mine isn't the best so there's flexibility here, and other archers can be used in her place as long as they are fast (though it may cause differences in the AI paths) Mine is +HP/-Def so as long as your offensive stats don't take a hit you're good.
Azura and Olivia: Two dancers, both needed to let Setsuna and Cordelia have fun around the map. Azura needs to be able to take a hit from the sword cavalier and the knight, and Olivia needs to survive the brave axe cavalier (I put the Squad Ace B seal on mine but if she has 24 defense or ruby sword she should be fine). They also have Wings of Mercy but it isn't used any time in the battle so don't worry about it. However, Azura NEEDS Hone Spd in order to make Setsuna double a few key units. Hone Atk on Olivia may be needed too but if you have Olivia chances are she already has it. Azura has Fury and they both have specials but it might not be essential, don't quote me on that though. It does help weaken the units that attack them so they can be finished.

STRATEGY
Turn 1: Setsuna needs to be placed between Azura and Olivia so she gets both hones, and also make sure she is not in the path of Valter's Panic Ploy. She needs the buffs to kill the axe flier. Just end the turn once they are all in position.
Turn 2: Setsuna takes care of the axe flier and Cordelia kills both the red mage and the lance cavalier with some help from Azura, and drags back to safety from the archer. Dance Setsuna and put her above Olivia to avoid the archer and position her for the next turn.
Turn 3: Cordelia has to hit the archer twice with assistance from Azura, and drags herself up into position for Olivia to dance her again and take out the sword flier at the top. Setsuna kills the axe flier in the corner.
Turn 4: Setsuna needs to move one tile to the left so Cordelia can repostion her over the lake. Dance Setsuna so she can kill the new axe flier and then sing her to both get Azura out of the way and to move Setsuna a bit closer to the action for next turn.
Turn 5: Cordelia needs to kill the red mage who would otherwise be a big issue if she wasn't there. Move Setsuna down a space and make sure its Olivia who dances her to take out the lance flier. Azura moves down a space to protect Setsuna from the sword cavalier and provide Hone Spd for the next turn.
Turn 6: With Hone Spd and Threaten Spd Setsuna can quad and kill Valter, just make sure she goes up by the lake to do so. Cordelia flies down and repostions Azura to the right because Olivia needs to be the first one to dance her. Dance Cordelia so she kills the sword cavalier and drags to the right, then sing her with Azura to kill the red cavalier and drag behind the trees to safety from the axe cavalier. Azura and Olivia need to survive their respective hits and deal at least some damage in return.
Turn 7: With the attackers weakened, use Setsuna to finish off the axe cavalier and Cordelia (who should hopefully have Luna on deck) to kill the sword knight. If either one doesnt die from your initial attack, both dancers should be available to make sure they get finished off that turn.

I hope this helps at least one of you guys out there that have similar resources. Some units may be able to be replaced with similar people (Setsuna for sure) but it may require a bit of creativity and alteration of my strategy depending on how the AI reacts to your setup. Good luck!
