Into Orbit FIRST LEGO League Qualification Tournament | We Impact
Follow Lagrange 10 in their journey through their FLL qualification tournament! This team is named after "Lagrange point", which is a point in space of gravitational equilibrium between celestial bodies which make it an ideal spot for a spacecraft to “park.” The team became one of the small percentage of people in history who saw the James Webb Space Telescope that will go to Lagrange Point 2 which is over a million miles away from Earth. Joseph-Louis Lagrange is an 18th century mathematician that helped discover Lagrange Points. The team’s twin robots are named Joseph and Louis in his honor.
