One of the most common problems our customers experience with their sewing machine is having problems with the automatic needle threader.
It doesn't matter how expensive or fancy the machine, the needle threader can easily run into problems. This is because it works by pushing a tiny, hair breadth piece of wire through the eye of the needle to catch the thread and pull it through. It is incredibly easy to bend this out of shape if you don't use the needle threader correctly.
