Creation Kit Tutorial (Create a Banner)
This tutorial is going to be showing you how to create your own banners using my custom photoshop templates. I have five templates at the time of this video and may make more in the future.
These will be PDS files but you shouldn't have a problem opening them with GIMP if that's a program you prefer to use.
I'll be also showing you how to use texture sets to import your new banner into the Creation Kit and have it show in game.
