Bioshock 2 Final Boss
Not really a boss, just wave after wave of splicers and alpha big daddies. Your goal here is simply to survive. It's more of a chance to have some fun with any of the plasmids you've acquired, especially Hypnotize, Insect Swarm or Decoy. After two waves Eleanor will become available and help you kill everything.

Set some traps, put some turrets at the top of the stairs and then sit back and use whatever plasmids you want. Summon Eleanor the moment she becomes available and watch her destroy everything. Best ally ever?
