When purchasing your new Tesla make sure you download this checklist to your phone
Minor issues like seals and panel gaps can easily be fixed. However, big issues like paint defects and a car that won't start may be a reason to reject the delivery and wait for another one.
Overall, Tesla does fix all these issues for you. They still may have their 100 mile fit and finish issues where they will fix panel gaps and alignments only if the car has less than 100 miles. So take photos!
