Sharing documents cannot be easier. If you decide to share a folder then all files in that folder can be accessed by the persons you share the folder with. The three levels of sharing are:
Can view
Can comment and
Can edit
If you'd like to notify the person of the upload or any changes you have done to the file, you can check the box that says, send email. You can of course also send an email to yourself.
