Welcome. Today we discuss the topic: "Making Decisions"
You're Stuck
You’re faced with a situation you don’t know which way to go.
Not sure if you're ready to choose “Yes” and move forward or to wait till you feel more ready
Or at least, wait till the timing is right
The Middle Ground seems like a safe place
So you choose the middle ground.
It’s not a “Yes Now”, and it’s not a “No” either
That seems to provide more time before taking a stand
But does it?
Taking the middle ground is saying “No” It's saying, "No for now"
The boat is leaving
If you’re not on the boat and are still thinking
you’ll be standing on the shore when the boat sets sail
A non-response is a response to not response
A non-decision is a decision to not commit
The next time you hesitate and delay in making a decision, know that you've already made a decision to procrastinate.
