"For those that were not lucky enough to visit The Temple through the years it was a Mecca for many, and not just for the people of Bolton, but for many people that would travel to the town to see their favourite DJs and experience the magic behind those Temple doors.
If you were part of the many the visited through the years you will know the magic I speak of. Whether this was during the earlier, pre refurbishment if the club, seeing Judge Jules, Jeremy Healy, Nigel Benn or post refurbishment to see Danny Rampling, Allister Whitehead, Tom Wainwright, Tony Walker and the Transatlantic Mix your with DJ Disciple every week you were treated to something special. The cinema, the swimming pool, the wind tunnel… the many, many smiling faces on the dancefloor… Carnival Chaos until 6am on the last Saturday of every month…. 3 rooms of music, 3000 people!
