On the eve of Miner's Day and in the year of Karaganda's 90th anniversary, I'll tell you an 8-minute coal story about how Karaganda became a mining town. Every Karaganda resident should know this story from school. It should also be familiar to those moving to Karaganda from other regions, villages, and auls.
