Welcome to Introduction into Xeelo. In this video, we will go through absolute basics of the platform. Alright, let's begin.

First, we need to log in to Xeelo. You can log in through ordinary login form or use simple integration with your active directory. Once you are successful logged, you can see three parts of Xeelo - top menu bar, module filters and list of processes separated by containers.

In the top menu bar, you can find Dashboard that could be customized, Tasks containing all processes, notifications, profile with current user settings and chat.

Below the top menu bar, there are located module filters which divide requests into four groups. All depends on request status and assignation.

My tasks contain all requests which are incomplete and assigned to current user - like to-do list.
All tasks contain all the requests which are incomplete.
My Items contain all the requests which are created by current user and finally all items contain all requests without any restrictions - kind of manager view.
Items contain both incomplete and complete requests. Tasks contain incomplete request only.

Under module filters, you can find list of processes divided by containers. These processes are configured one by one in Xeelo administration so they can be easily changed.

By clicking on particular process, you can get all requests of selected procces. These requests can be easily filtered by status, role, custom parameters, request data or keyword written in search box. Then there is sorting and for excel lovers - table view mode with predefined columns.

If you need more information about particular request, simply click on it and Xeelo opens a new screen with request detail. Here you can find process data filled by assigned users and system information about request itself.

Then there are three buttons at the top right corner:
Workflow button for sending request to the next workflow step. For example sending of vacation request to approval
Save button for saving the request
And finally Actions button covering all kind of functionality such as workflow diagram, relations or export to Excel
