Here we are on day seven of the Shorts video challenge. And today it's all about reflection.
Reflecting on the journey so far, on how being consistent for seven days, one day after the other, is actually possible.
Now, I haven't done a video every single day. On some of the days, I've done two because I missed the previous day due to other work commitments, training people in different time zones, that thing.
So how can I apply this learning or this new knowledge to my own online training courses? Well, that's simple. Take the courses and commit to being consistent in applying your learning. Save yourself time in the long run by investing 5 to 10 minutes a day learning one thing and going and consistently applying it until you've embedded it. By being consistent and showing up, things do improve. And I'm now looking forward to the rest of this 21 days of this video Shorts Challenge and to see what else I learn along the way.
So there we have it. My Reflections on seven days of consistency. I'm Shelley Fishel, the MS Office Maestro. Remember to give the video alike and do subscribe to the channel.
