MICROPROSE brings back a fantastic classic that is truly one of a kind. B-17 Flying Fortress: The Mighty 8th isn't just a flight simulation of a flying fortress; we can also step into the role of a squadron commander or even take the controls of a fighter jet. Injury, death, or even the total loss of a B-17 are all things we have to deal with. But skillful mission planning, including prior reconnaissance, also challenges us as a squadron commander.
MICROPROSE isn't reinventing the wheel here, but rather giving this then-innovative classic a facelift. Resolutions for modern monitors, new 3D models, new textures, and an increased number of features are all on the agenda for this Early Access release.
