The Leadership, Engagement, and Action in Diversity (LEAD) Program is a six-month mentored pipeline opportunity created by the SGO Diversity, Inclusion and Health Equity Committee.
In its second year, the LEAD 2.0 program offers Underrepresented in Medicine trainees sponsorship, resources, and a network to support their development as future gynecologic oncologists.
