Mega Man X3's brass sample seems to be detuned
I don't know if this was an intentional choice, or if there's some data messed up somewhere (like other things in the game), because despite having the same pitch data for this sample as X2, every time this sample is used in game, it's very slightly lower pitched than every other instrument, leading to lots of dissonant sounds.
Changing the 20 at x5CD3D to 30 will correct this.
