🧁LEMON MUFFINS:
-170 g sugar
-Zest of one lemon
-20 g lemon juice
-100 g butter, soft, in parts
-250 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
-2 eggs
-280 g flour
-½ Pck. Baking powder
-1 pinch of salt
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Add sugar and lemon zest of ½ lemon to the sasha 30 sec./speed 10 .
3. Add the butter, yoghurt, eggs and 20g lemon juice and mix for 30 sec/speed 4
4. Add the flour, baking powder and salt, mix for 15 sec/speed 5, pour into the prepared muffin tin, bake for 25-30 minutes (180°C) and leave the muffins to cool in the tin.
Lemon glaze
-100 g icing sugar
-10 g lemon juice
-2 tsp water
Add icing sugar, 10 g lemon juice and water, mix for 10 sec./speed 3, apply to cupcakes
