Dessert:
1 can of canned peaches
250 ml passion fruit juice
1 packet of vinyl sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp starch
Cream:
500 g natural yogurt (3.5% fat)
2 tbsp sugar
250 g cream (30% fat)
2 packets of cream thickener (Sahnesteif)
Cut the peaches into small cubes and place them on the bottom of a dish.
Bring the passion fruit juice to a boil in a saucepan. Mix 3 tablespoons of the cold juice with the starch, vanilla sugar, and sugar until smooth and add to the boiling passion fruit juice. Bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Mix the yogurt with sugar.
Whip the cream with the thickener.
Gently mix the yogurt and cream until smooth.
Spread the yogurt mixture over the peaches.
And pour the passion fruit sauce on top.
