Excel to Text File Exporter (with Japanese character to UTF-8 conversion)
This video explains how to use code that I put together to:
1. Convert Japanese zenkakumoji into UTF-8 applicable roman characters
2. Export student responses into individual text files, naming each text file as the student number.
