**** Also please note that when you enter the room upstairs the guy might not be standing up waiting for you as you enter, he may be sitting in a chair against the wall on the right. You MUST kill him and one of the two men on the floor (ideally the one sitting between the two plants) in order for the gentleman blocking the safe to open for you. If you do not do it this way the men may try to run away which will cause you to have to blow open the safe with dynamite, leaving you vulnerable to getting caught and having to shoot your way out. Doing it the way I did it will allow you to escape without being seen and without getting a bounty placed on you.
