Tom Clancy's The Division 2 My All Red Striker
This is my go to Striker ST Elmo build which got slated for being rubbish due to having no survivability ( according to the Division2 Facebook trolls, whoops div2 experts ) hahaha.
But if you play the game how its intended to be played as a cover to cover, loot shooter and of course use your brains, you don't really need any blues as this build just shreds everything and with the little weapon stability my specialty gives me it shoots as straight as a laser. As I tried to explain, your builds are whatever your play style is and its not the law to have any blues.
