The Division2 St Elmo Play With Reshade
Heroic content is made very easy with this build which consists of an all red build which is capable of around 19 to 20million dps.
Just stay in cover and shoot away. Just to note I'm using marksman specialty for the additional weapon handling making this AR more like a laser beam. So accurate at range too.

for me, before going to https://www.nexusmods.com/ and using some pre made reshades try using my basic set up 1st which is
HDR(FAKE)
CLARITY
ADAPTIVESHARPEN
CHROMATICITY
CHROMICCITYSIMPLE (In here you'll find 6 pre sets which changes the picture quality for e.g. REC is for pure clarity & one setting is for vibrant colour ) have a play around.
Please be aware that some settings might flatline your FPS
