Now for my opinion on recent events (I'm ignoring the recent controversy with Rengawr cause IDK much about it)
Just thought id make a video on the bullshit within this community recently. Yes there is a rampant cheating problem, Yes there are many issues; with the audio, servers, general bugs. but its just getting shitty at this point, while posting and whatnot is a good way to get your voice heard and get BSG to act, but seriously cant you be positive for two seconds. If you dislike all the new changes and feel they've ruined the game, take the wipe off, if BSG sees no-ones playing their game they will be forced to get their shit together.
I personally have not (in 100+ raids); died to a blatant cheater, had a death caused by poor audio. I have died to bullshit scav shots but since they "fixed it" (idk they still sometimes shoot like crazy) I've learned how to better avoid/kill them. I have however also had to deal with constant FPS drops on streets and even other maps (though only while recording), streets especially on scav runs can be a pain to walk around in sometimes.
Now onto the Noice guy situation
He never defended Kev, his words were always something along the lines of, "there is no evidence fully convicting him, and we have done everything we can as players to verify is account" its sad that one of the biggest Tarkov creators who just came out of (and was still kind of in) a huge grind of daily well researched videos, was targeted by the community as someone to take out all their hate from the poor servers, prolific cheating problem and endless issues with Tarkov, just because he DOUBTED that a person who he had spent a week working with and had seen streams, stats and gameplay from was cheating.
And if Kev wasn't cheating then he had it worse, just grinded to kappa in a week of wipe, a huge achievement to be celebrated as a show of immense skill and luck, making bounds in legitimately discovering lightkeeper. And now there are mobs of pissed off people who have nothing to do with him, are barely affected by his existence sending him death threats. also for anyone saying that his silence proves him being guilty, just think how you would react to thousands of people sending you death threats.
Now I'm going to go back to enjoying this game, laughing when I accidentally kill chads and crying when I'm killed by camping rats.
