Nerf or Buff Patch for PoE Crucible 3.21?
Here is a look at all of the changes piece by piece comparing what we gained and lost on various masteries. This is to hopefully shed some light on whether or not this was actually a nerf/buff patch. This topic has been greatly sensationalized by a lot of streamers/content creators as some massive nerf fest when it just isn't and hopefully this will help others realize we got a lot of really strong masteries/passive changes & gear to take advantage of for Crucible.
