RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
Boil 3 large potatoes (400 g) for about 20 minutes after boiling the water.
Add 3 sprigs of spring onion and a bunch of parsley.
Scramble 2 eggs, season with salt and pepper
Drain and peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Place the potatoes in it.
Add 50 g butter.
Add salt and pepper, a little thyme.
Fry until golden brown.
Add the eggs and smooth.
Cover and fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Grate 50 g cheese.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt.
