Quick video difference in NB (Noise Blanker) between 1.3.9 and and the V3 0.8.0 Alpha Test Version.
I have found that the Noise Blanker seems to work even better in the V3 Alpha releases- It seems they have spent some time reworking the settings -I'll also point out it it much easier to adjust the settings now compared to the older 1.3.9 and earlier versions. While V3 still has a long way to go to be fully functionable they indeed are making nice improvements.
