The Scarpa Instinct LE is a limited-edition climbing shoe, with only 1,000 pairs produced. In collaboration with Scarpa, we designed it to provide more support than a standard soft ballet flat, giving you maximum power on vertical and overhanging terrain.
We wanted a climbing shoe that could unleash maximum power through the big toe on everything small and protruding, from vertical, slippery limestone ripples to the slightest footholds on plastic. To achieve this, Scarpa revisited the FQ last for us, focusing on precision. The full-length outsole provides maximum heel tension for rigidity and support, while the Vibram XS Grip2 compound offers maximum grip. This combination allows you to find, grip, and push powerfully on vertical micro-holds, both indoors and outdoors, and to create maximum tension on boulder problems and overhanging routes.
